TV Taught Us Everything We Know
Does anybody want a peice of Raya? The fever is spreading just about everywhere. It's gone so far that it's inside Rammstein's latest video, Amerika. Check it out at launch.yahoo.com. Though most people would be proud that the fever of Malaysia. I think it's kinda sad...
Imagine an ambassidor from German coming to our country, and showing great interest in our culture. Proud, the people of Malaysia gives him some videos of our culture. Later we find it appearing inside their latest Rock Video singing about the madness of Landing on the Moon Conspiracy. I can already picture the face of our Minister of Culture and Tradition watching the video going "WTF?"
"We all Living in AMERIKA... Coca-Cola... Wonderbra..."
I liked the video clip actually. There's a very deep sense of controversy inside it. Like the astronouts (The Rammstein band) putting on makeup before taking pictures that they've landed on the moon. Taking one scene for instance, a bunch of Astrounauts are playing Pinball on the surface of the moon. If you think carefully, does the moon have enough gravitational force to play pinball on it?
Speaking of Controversy and Things you should not know, let's hear something about Forbidden Animes.
Teizokurei DayDream
The one reason why Halley decided to download this Anime because they warned us it'll be R-Rated. Since Elfen Lied had a lot of Violence and Nudity and yet turned out to be a good anime, we decided to download this as well.
Almost like 60% into the first episode, I kept one thing in my mind:- This anime is a Ecchi (meaning it was specially made for perverts) Well, not just any pervert. Honestly, this is the first time in my life I've ever heard of a story centered around an SM Queen with Sixth sense who uses it to solve mysteries of the other world. Sounds like their running out of ideas, huh?
Expect to be bestowed upon knowledge that you never knew about bondage. This anime although is one of those Detective Stories that revolves around Sixth Senses to solve mysteries (i.e. Eiji Psychometer) it is still no doubt a bondage story inside it.
The Average Japanese person trying to get laid
But... Just like most animes and every reason to watch one, you can see character developement here as a school girl (there has to be one in every anime) slowly succumbs to insanity as she is suddenly bestowed upon the dark gift. One minute, she was a girl crying over her dead sister, next episode, she's seen singing inside a train station alone to her teddy bear and everybody is just watching. So yeah, there's some good entertainment for Horror fans such as yours truly. :3
"We got another Hitchhiker!"
There are some interesting characters in this anime, such as a stalker who doubles for a informent, but I'd rather look forward to it for it's cheap fan service and people on the edge of insanity. I think if I opened an Asylum in the anime world, I'd be rich.
